Job Description

  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Assist dentists and oral health professionals during procedures.
  • Manage stock control, sterilisation, and infection control protocols.
  • Provide leadership and training to dental assistants.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
  • Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting (essential). 
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding patient care.
  • Proficiency with dental software systems (highly desirable if experienced with OASIS)
