Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the practice.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to address patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee patient billing and insurance processing, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.
  • Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and handle patient complaints or issues.
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

This is a fast-paced Full-time role where no two days are the same. Therefore, we require an experienced admin/receptionist, ideally with experience working within the healthcare industry. 


Qualifications

  • Previous administration and/or receptionist experience is a must, ideally within the dental or medical industry. 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications.
  • Experience with file keeping and data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
