As a practice manager at Abano Healthcare, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Managing and supporting clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensuring the clinic meets all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Handling patient inquiries and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction
• Managing financial performance, including budgeting and financial reporting
• Implementing and maintaining clinic policies and procedures
• Coordinating with clinical staff to optimise patient care and clinic efficiency
