Location: Suite 301, 13 Spring Street, Chatswood, NSW

Family Care Orthodontist, part of the Abano Healthcare network, is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Clinical Coordinator to join our busy practice in Chatswood.

• Coordinating daily clinical operations and patient flow
• Supporting the Orthodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality care
• Managing treatment schedules and patient communications
• Assisting with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures
• Supporting the training and development of team members
• Building positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experience

• Previous experience as a Clinic / Treatment Coordinator or within a Dental practice is essential
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)
• Experience with Oasis software (advantageous)
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach
