Job Description

  • Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and records across phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Assist with insurance queries, payment options, and general service information.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure clear communication and quality care.
  • Address patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Flexible casual rosters available, from part-time to full-time hours to suit your needs. 


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly manner.
  • Good computer literacy, including the ability to manage scheduling software and databases.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple communication channels.
