Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Dental Contact Centre Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, assisting them with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. In this role, you will:

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Maintain patient records and update information in our database.
  • Assist patients with insurance questions and payment options.
  • Provide general information about dental services and procedures.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure effective communication and patient care.
  • Handle patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
