We are seeking a friendly and efficient Contact Centre Representative to join our team on a Casual basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, assisting them with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. In this role, you will:
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Maintain patient records and update information in our database.
- Assist patients with insurance questions and payment options.
- Provide general information about dental services and procedures.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure effective communication and patient care.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
