How you’ll make an impact
This is a varied role where no two days are the same! You’ll be the friendly face and voice of our practice, ensuring every patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk in. You’ll also play a hands-on role supporting our clinicians to deliver excellent care.
As a Dental Assistant, you’ll:
- Support our dentists during a variety of treatments
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilisation procedures
- Manage stock and equipment preparation
- Contribute to a calm, organised clinical environment
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointment bookings and patient records
- Processing payments, banking, and other administrative tasks
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environment
As a Sterilisation Assistant, you’ll:
- Ensure the highest standards of sterilisation and infection control
- Thoroughly clean and sterilise a wide range of dental tools and kits
- Support the clinical team by maintaining a safe and efficient instrument flow
- Work alongside experienced Dentists, gaining valuable insight into our practice and a rare opportunity to learn from some of the best
Your Experience and Approach
You’re a people person with a warm, positive attitude and a strong team spirit. You take pride in your attention to detail, reliability, and ability to make patients feel at ease.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist preferred
- Strong customer service or sterilisation experience
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn systems quickly
- A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to delivering great care
While this role is currently casual, there may also be a fixed-term opportunity available for the right candidate.
