Our practice has been part of the Caloundra community for many years, with a loyal patient base and a strong reputation for high-quality care. Conveniently located near Bulcock Beach, we’re a busy, well-established clinic that prides itself on delivering a great patient experience and working together as a close-knit team.
You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team who genuinely enjoy what they do, creating a positive, collaborative environment where everyone pitches in and supports one another. We take pride in our culture and are committed to helping our people grow and succeed.

We are open to both full-time or part-time applications, with our ideal working days being Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Job Description
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients have a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting dentists with a variety of procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Providing excellent patient care and support
- Managing instruments and stock
- Supporting front desk duties when needed
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused approach
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively
