1300SMILES Gatton is looking for an experienced full time Dental Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. Job Description
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive outstanding care and our clinicians are supported to deliver the highest standard of treatment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assisting across a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards
- Supporting patient care and comfort throughout their visit
- Managing clinical stock and supplies
- Assisting with administrative and reception duties when required
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred)
- Holds a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (highly regarded but not essential)
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to patient care
- Thrives in a team-focused environment
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
