Dental Assistant - 1300SMILES Rockhampton

We’re looking for two full-time Dental Assistants to join our fun and friendly team at 1300SMILES Rockhampton!

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our dentists and clinical team while delivering outstanding care and support to our patients. This position involves a mix of chairside assistance, patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting dentists and dental professionals during a variety of procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth clinical operations.
• Providing attentive support and care to patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment in line with infection control and health and safety standards.
• Sterilising instruments and managing the care, maintenance, and organisation of dental equipment.
• Contributing to a positive patient experience through professional communication and exceptional customer service.

• No experience needed, we will train and support you through the process, and long after.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a compassionate nature. 
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Reliable and show great work ethic.
• Must be available to work between 7.45 am and 5:45 pm - 4 days per week

Note: Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate, with the opportunity, if wanted, to complete a Cert III in Dental Assisting.
