Job Description
Are you a passionate and reliable Dental Assistant looking for a flexible casual role in a supportive, team‑focused environment? At Lumino Burton & Brown, we pride ourselves on a positive workplace culture where collaboration, care, and professionalism are at the heart of everything we do.
We are a large, dynamic practice with a close‑knit team of dedicated professionals, and we’re seeking a Casual Dental Assistant who shares our values of teamwork, reliability, and strong work ethic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility and is happy to support multiple local practices when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Sterilization and infection control procedures
- Assisting in reception duties if required
- Supporting the team in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks
- Delivering a high standard of patient care in line with our values
- Must have a minimum of one years experience as a Dental Assistant, candidates applying without this will unfortunately not be considered, due to the nature of the work
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Flexibility to pick up shifts, sometimes at short notice
- Willingness to travel between nearby practices when needed
- Confidence assisting across different areas of the practice
- A positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills
