This role is perfect for someone who enjoys flexibility in their schedule and is comfortable supporting multiple local practices as needed.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least one year of experience as a Dental Assistant. Flexibility is key, as shifts may arise at short notice, and occasional travel between nearby practices may be required. A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in assisting across different areas of the practice, as well as a willingness to support sterilization and reception duties when necessary, will also be important.
