Job Description

How you’ll make an impact

The successful candidate will be rostered to work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as a Dental Assistant.

As a Dental Assistant you’ll play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring the highest standards of infection control and patient care. You’ll assist across a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring the clinical environment is organised and ready to go.

You’ll also create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for patients—helping them feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. Whether you’re chairside or behind the scenes, your work will help the team deliver smooth, efficient, and outstanding dental care.

Qualifications

Your experience and approach

Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit are what make you shine. While previous dental experience or training is a plus, we’re open to training the right candidate. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your focus on patient care, and your ability to thrive in a supportive team environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Great communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

  • High attention to hygiene and detail

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • A proactive, can-do approach and reliability

  • A calm and steady presence that helps support both patients and colleagues during busy clinical days

  • Previous dental or healthcare experience (preferred but not essential)
