Maven Dental West Pymble is seeking a skilled and confident Senior Dental Assistant to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity. This role offers guaranteed minimum hours, stability, and the opportunity to work closely with a team of five experienced dentists across a diverse range of clinical procedures.

Job Description

  • Provide high-level chairside support across general, preventative, and advanced treatments
  • Prepare treatment rooms and assist with clinical workflow and efficiency
  • Manage sterilisation processes and maintain strict infection control standards
  • Use dental software confidently for charting, scheduling, and patient records
  • Support front-desk operations when required
  • Contribute to a well-run, clinically excellent practice

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant (senior experience preferred)
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (Cert IV advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of clinical procedures and dental terminology
  • Competent with dental practice software and MS applications
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Professional, reliable, and committed to high standards of patient care
