Job Description
In this dual role, you’ll play an important part in creating a seamless and positive experience for our patients while supporting both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
- Greeting patients and managing appointments
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administration and clinical tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is a must.
- Experienced in dental procedures and terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the D4W system is an advantage.

You’ll be joining a friendly team where everyone plays an important role in creating a positive experience for both our patients and each other.
- 4 days per week
- 8:00am – 5:30pm (Times may vary from 5pm to 5:30pm)
