Exact Orthodontics is looking for a motivated Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team 2 to 4 days per week. This role will start as casual, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right person.

• Provide clinical chairside assistance and support during procedures.
• Deliver excellent patient care, both in the chair and at reception.
• Maintain strict sterilisation protocols and a clean, hygienic environment.
• Manage stock, supplies, and assist with front-desk duties, including bookings and patient enquiries.

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant; Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous.
• Experience in Orthodontics is highly desirable. 
• Solid understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and dental software.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Must be available to work 2-4 days per week.
