Join us at Maven Dental Clare, as a casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist!
Located in the heart of the Clare Valley, our clinic is a trusted part of the local community. Our team is committed to delivering comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment for patients of all ages.
This is a casual role, offering 2–3 days per week, making it ideal for someone seeking flexibility. Full training will be provided, so whether you’re experienced or looking to grow your skills further, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Job Description
In this role, you’ll work alongside our skilled team of dentists, assisting with a wide range of treatments to ensure each procedure flows seamlessly. Your day-to-day will include preparing treatment rooms, upholding strict infection control standards, and ensuring instruments are thoroughly sterilised.
In addition to clinical support, you’ll also assist with reception duties - greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone enquiries, processing payments, and helping maintain the smooth flow of the practice.
Equally important, you’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team dedicated to creating a relaxed, professional, and welcoming experience for patients of all ages.
Qualifications
What we value most is a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach. If you bring any of the following, that’s a bonus:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting
- Familiarity with dental software systems
But don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’re more than happy to support and train the right person to thrive in this role.
