Job Description

How you’ll make an impact

This is a varied role where no two days are the same! You’ll be the friendly face and voice of our practice, ensuring every patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk in. You’ll also play a hands-on role supporting our clinicians to deliver excellent care.

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll:

  • Support our dentists during a variety of treatments
  • Maintain strict infection control and sterilisation procedures
  • Manage stock and equipment preparation
  • Contribute to a calm, organised clinical environment

As a Receptionist, your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointment bookings and patient records
  • Processing payments, banking, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environment

Qualifications

Your Experience and Approach

You’re a people person with a warm, positive attitude and a strong team spirit. You take pride in your attention to detail, reliability, and ability to make patients feel at ease.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (experience essential)
  • Strong customer service or sterilisation experience
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn systems quickly
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to delivering great care
