Job Description

How you’ll make an impact
Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of infection control? In this multi-trained role, you’ll be a vital part of a supportive team, helping ensure every patient receives a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
  • Accurately monitoring and recording sterilisation processes
  • Supporting infection control procedures across the clinic
  • Preparing treatment rooms and assisting clinical staff during patient transitions
  • Occasionally assisting chairside during dental procedures
  • Assisting with stock management and maintaining clinic organisation
  • Cross-training to support reception duties as needed, including appointment bookings, payment processing, and general administrative support

Your work ensures each appointment runs smoothly, from preparing treatment rooms and supporting dentists to helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a caring, professional approach.

Hours:

  • Monday: 7:30am – 7:30pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
  • Wednesday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 7:30am – 6:30pm

Qualifications

  • Experience in sterilisation, dental assisting, or clinical support (training provided if needed)
