Job Description
- Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, and payment processing.
- Provide clinical chairside assistance.
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant is required
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous
- Experience in dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in dental software.
