An exciting opportunity has become available for a Dentist to join our supportive team at Lumino Bethlehem in Tauranga, working 3 days per week.

This is an opportunity to build and develop your own patient book, establish long-term relationships within the local community and make the role your own, while having the support of an established practice team and Lumino’s wider clinical network behind you.

As you establish your patient base at Lumino Bethlehem, you’ll have the backing of the wider Lumino team, including local marketing support, an experienced practice team and our broader clinical network.

Looking for additional days? This role is based at Lumino Bethlehem for 3 days per week, with the potential to pick up additional days at another Lumino practice in the wider region if you’re looking for a fuller clinical week.

• Provide excellent, patient-centred dentistry
• Build and develop your patient book through strong, lasting patient relationships
• Create a warm and welcoming experience for your patients
• Collaborate with our clinical and support teams to provide seamless patient journeys
• Deliver care across a broad range of general dentistry
• Contribute to a positive team culture that values collaboration and excellent patient care

Who We're Looking For:

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand, with a current Annual Practising Certificate
• A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care
• Someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with their patients
• A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working as part of a team
• Experience across, or a willingness to develop within, a broad range of dental services
