The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced general dentist to oversee the growth of this practice. You will be responsible for building the patient's books, with the robust support of our Lumino team, and establishing this practice as the go-to dentists for those in this community. This role is more than just dentistry; it also involves leadership and education, being part of the community and driving engagement.

- Full time salary of $200k plus 35% commission wash-up

Qualifications
- Qualified Dentist with 8+ years of clinical experience
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ)
- Holds (or can obtain) a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Strong general dentistry skills and a patient‑centred approach
- Ability to lead and be the face of the practice
