Dentist - Maven Dental Maryborough

Located in the heart of the CBD, Maven Dental Clinic has been serving the community since the early 1960s and has been part of the Maven network since 2016. Despite its prime location, the clinic is somewhat hidden down an alleyway, leading to limited local visibility. The practice is situated in a flood zone but remains a vital part of the city's dental services.

The clinic offers general dentistry with potential for expanding into orthodontics. The team includes six dental assistants with 1 to 10+ years of experience, two receptionists, and a practice manager, all with over 8 years of experience. Additionally, there is one oral health therapist and one hygienist, along with three dentists ranging from 3 to 30 years of experience.

Practice Setup

• Chairs / Treatment Units: 4 right-handed chairs, all currently in use.
• Clinical Imaging: CBCT, OPG, intraoral cameras, and standard X-ray imaging.
• CAD / CAM: Cerec and Medit Scanners.
• Sterilisation: 3 autoclaves.
• Plant: 1 compressor and 1 suction unit.
• Surgical Devices: 1 surgical motor.
• Endo Handpieces: 1 Endomate with 2 heads.

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums.
• Perform routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, and other dental procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
• Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

• Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
• Passion to learn and develop new skills expanding scope of works to Orthodontics.
• Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain).
• Ability to work within Australia.
