Practice Snapshot

Natural Dentistry offers a comprehensive range of dental services, from preventative and children's dentistry through to implants and orthodontics. This breadth of care is supported by a clinical team comprising 1 Lead Dentist, 2 Associate Dentists, and 1 Hygienist. Housed within a modern practice featuring two surgeries and a dedicated hygiene room, clinicians have access to fully digital workflows, an iTero intraoral scanner, OPG imaging, EMS Airflow technology, and advanced implant and cosmetic dentistry equipment.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dentist to join the team in a part‑time capacity, working Wednesdays, Fridays and alternate Saturdays.

This role is anchored in general dentistry, with a strong focus on providing restorative, prosthodontic, ortho/invisalign and cosmetic treatments, delivered through a holistic lens. You will provide comprehensive examinations, advanced treatment planning and management of complex cases. This role offers the opportunity to practice at a high clinical level with holistic and integrative practice philosophy, backed by strong clinical support.


Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 year's experience in general dentistry, comprehensive diagnosis, advanced treatment planning and management of complex multidisciplinary cases
  • Strong competency across restorative, prosthodontic, ortho/invisalign and cosmetic dentistry with confidence in delivering high-value treatment plans and aesthetic outcomes.
  • Clinical interests in surgical dentistry and orthodontics would be highly regarded
  • Alignment with holistic and integrative dental philosophy which includes minimally invasive, evidence-based care, with consideration given to oral-systemic health, biocompatible materials and conservative treatment approaches
  • Comfortability working in an environment that does not utilise fluoride unless clinically indicated
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with patients and staff to foster collaboration and deliver a strong consultative service
  • Patient‑centred, ethical approach to care
