In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving service requests and incidents, ensuring seamless IT service delivery across our Brands


Job Description

 

As a L2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving service requests and incidents in a timely manner. Reporting to the IT Manager, you'll guide users on troubleshooting across various platforms and technologies, ensuring a seamless IT service is provided to the entire Abano Healthcare Group business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, professional, and timely support to users on hardware, software, and other digital equipment.
  • Respond to user level equipment failures and be a point of escalation for technology issues within the organisation.
  • Ensure assets, operations, and procedures are followed and well-documented to maintain operational excellence.
  • Maintain a high level of cyber security awareness and assist in educating staff to make secure choices in their digital operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within ITIL framework (desired).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a L2 Support Engineer.
  • IT certification in Computer Systems or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills.
  • Technical competency within IT systems and frameworks.
  • A technical, logical thought process with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stick to strict deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
