At Abano Healthcare, we’re looking for an experienced Level 3 - Service Desk Engineer to join our growing IT team in this newly created position. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high-level support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations across our business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Microsoft Stack Support – Windows Server administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Office 365 Administration – Managing users, policies, security, and collaboration tools.
- Intune & Autopilot – Device management, deployment, and configuration.
- Meraki & Networking – Troubleshooting network issues and optimising performance.
- Azure Management – Overseeing cloud resources, security, and automation.
- Escalation & Problem-Solving – Handling complex IT issues that require in-depth technical expertise.
- Proven experience in a Level 3 IT support or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.
- Networking knowledge, including Meraki and general networking principles.
- Problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
