Job Description
How You’ll Make an Impact
In this role, you'll support our specialist orthodontist in delivering high-quality orthodontic treatment to patients of all ages. You'll be instrumental in ensuring appointments run smoothly and patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Working directly with patients to carry out orthodontic procedures under the direction of the orthodontist
Managing clinical setups and sterilisation processes to maintain top-tier hygiene standards
Supporting patient education and helping them feel comfortable throughout their treatment journey
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
Your Experience and Approach
We’re looking for a qualified Orthodontic Auxiliary who brings both skill and warmth to every patient interaction. You’ll be confident working independently, with strong clinical knowledge and a team-focused mindset.
We value:
A current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) as an Orthodontic Auxiliary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, calm, and professional approach with patients
The ability to work well in a fast-paced clinical environment
Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is a bonus, and confidence using orthodontic software systems will be helpful.
