Job Description

Are you a hands‑on search specialist who loves turning data into commercial impact? Ready to take full ownership of paid search for New Zealand’s largest dental networks? Lumino The Dentists are looking for a Paid Search Manager who can lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our paid search program, and help bring this capability in‑house. If you thrive in environments where you can build, improve, and influence, you’ll feel right at home here.

Why this role matters

You’ll be the go‑to expert for all things paid search across a multi‑location network, shaping how we acquire patients and how we invest in digital channels. You’ll manage campaigns end‑to‑end, own budgets and performance, and build the internal frameworks that will set us up for long‑term success.

What you’ll do

  • Build and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube
  • Develop keyword strategies, manage bidding, and maintain clean campaign structures
  • Analyse performance and deliver clear, commercial insights
  • Build dashboards (Looker Studio/Power BI) and use GA4 for attribution and behavioural insights
  • Troubleshoot tracking via GTM and support data quality improvements
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams
  • Align regularly with our external SEO agency to ensure paid and organic work together, not against each other

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years hands‑on Google Ads experience
  • Strong GA4 and GTM capability
  • Experience with Looker Studio or Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial thinking
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise well, and communicate clearly
  • Experience in multi‑location or regulated industries is a bonus
