What we are looking for in our new Practice Coordinator:

• Dental Assisting Duties as required;
• Provide clinical support to the team to ensure outstanding delivery of patient experience;
• Effectively manage and monitor practice materials;
• To be our Infection control supervisor;
• Management of stock control;
• Maintain records on incoming and outgoing lab work, storage and archiving of dental models;
• Manage daily clinical checklists;
• Provide input into clinical operations at the practice; AND
• Support Practice Manager and Lead Dentist with training and development of the clinical team

• Dental experience essential and exposure to a similar position highly desirable
• Proficient in dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dental software systems is an asset
