Job Description
As Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting the clinical team, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and high standards of care
- Lead, support and develop the front office and clinical support teams
- Manage staff rostering, leave planning, and daily workflow coordination
- Deliver exceptional patient service and handle escalations professionally
- Support the clinical team to ensure smooth appointment flow and patient experience
- Monitor and manage administrative processes including billing, reporting, and compliance
- Drive team engagement, performance, and a positive workplace culture
- Work closely with senior leadership to achieve business and operational goals
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- An enthusiastic and organised Practice Manager
- Experience in dental or medical practice management preferred (but not essential)
- Strong people skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to support a busy clinical team and ensure smooth daily operations
- Confidence across administration, rostering, and patient service
- A collaborative team player who leads by example and fosters a positive, supportive workplace culture
- A strong ambassador for the practice, who champions company values and promotes a high standard of care and professionalism
