• Lead and manage the daily operations of a Dental Practice.
• Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
• Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
• Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.

• Experience: Previous experience as a Practice Manager in Dental, Medical, Veterinary, or Nursing fields is highly preferred. If you've served as a Front Office Coordinator or Administration Coordinator and are ready for the next step, we want to hear from you!
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• KPI Knowledge:  Proven track record in setting, tracking, and analyzing KPIs, leveraging insights to drive ongoing improvements and effectively report outcomes to stakeholders
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
