Job Description
As Practice Manager, you’ll enjoy a well-supported role with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with one hour lunch break. You’ll lead and inspire a passionate team, helping guide the practice to continued success and growth.
How you’ll make an impact
In this key leadership position, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our busy practices, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your proven people leadership skills and business acumen will be essential as you empower your team to thrive and deliver outstanding care. You’ll take ownership of financial performance, budgeting, and operational targets, all while fostering a positive and professional environment for staff and patients alike.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- A confident and adaptable leader with proven experience in team leadership or practice management
- Dental or medical sector experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and supporting team development
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Solid understanding of financial management, including budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and P&L
- Confident using technology and open to learning new systems
- Have valid NZ work rights and live locally
