As our Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, supporting your team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing team.
- Managing daily practice operations, administration, and workflow processes.
- Overseeing reception and front-of-house functions to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Coordinating staff rosters and supporting workforce planning.
- Monitoring practice performance and operational efficiency.
- Managing patient enquiries and resolving issues professionally and effectively.
- Fostering a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused culture.
- Supporting clinicians and team members to achieve both clinical and business goals.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position working 41 hours per week:
- Monday: 8:15am – 5:15pm (60 Mins unpaid lunch)
- Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:15pm (60 Mins unpaid lunch)
- Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:15pm (60 Mins unpaid lunch)
- Thursday: 8:00am – 6:15pm (60 Mins unpaid lunch)
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm (45 Mins unpaid lunch)
We're looking for an organised and proactive leader who enjoys supporting people and delivering exceptional service.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Office Manager, Team Leader, or similar leadership position.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, medical, or another customer-focused industry would be highly advantageous.
