Practice Manager - Maven Dental Busselton

Maven Dental Busselton is looking for a Practice Manager to join our established six-surgery practice and take the lead on the day-to-day running of the clinic.

With more than 10 years in the Busselton community, this is a well-established practice with a strong local patient base and a team of clinicians and support staff. We're looking for a confident leader who enjoys working with people, running a busy practice, and finding ways to make things better.

You'll be hands-on in the practice, supporting your team, working alongside clinicians, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure patients feel well looked after from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support and develop the practice team
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice
• Work closely with clinicians to support efficient workflows and patient care
• Manage rostering, administration and compliance
• Monitor practice performance, KPIs and budgets
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the patient experience
• Support team engagement and build a positive, accountable working environment

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Previous leadership or management experience, ideally in healthcare, dental, hospitality, retail or another customer-focused environment
• Strong people skills and the confidence to lead an experienced team
• A practical, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clinicians and team members
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Confidence working with performance targets, budgets and operational processes

Dental experience is highly regarded, but we’re also open to strong leaders from other industries who have the right skills and approach.
