Job Description

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

We’re looking for a people-focused, organised, and proactive Practice Manager to lead our busy and rapidly growing orthodontic practice. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, support a high-performing team of clinicians and support staff, and help ensure every patient enjoys a smooth, professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, this role includes hands-on involvement at the front desk. You’ll play an active part in managing reception tasks such as greeting patients, booking appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting the patient journey. Your presence at the front desk will set the tone for a welcoming and efficient environment, while your leadership behind the scenes will help keep the entire practice running smoothly.

This is a well-established practice with a loyal patient base and a collaborative team. You’ll work closely with clinicians and Lumino’s regional support to ensure operational excellence, a strong team culture, and ongoing growth.

Hours: Monday to Thursday , 8:00am – 5:30pm (1hr lunch) 
No evenings or weekends required.


Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking someone with demonstrated leadership experience—ideally in a dental, medical, or healthcare environment. You’ll bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to guide a team, give and receive feedback, and adapt to changing priorities.

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to manage multiple tasks at once. Experience with budgets, sales targets, and financial reporting (such as P&L statements) is an advantage, as is confidence with technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
