Job Description
This role supports the hands‑on rollout of operational and digital initiatives into dental practices across Australia and New Zealand. It’s a delivery‑focused role, centred on practical execution, onsite support, and helping practices adopt new ways of working.
Working alongside a Business Analyst, The Project Delivery Lead helps turn plans into action by supporting practices before, during, and after rollout. This role is about being visible, approachable, and solution‑focused during delivery.
You’ll be prepared to travel and spend time onsite with practices, where required, across Australia and New Zealand, running check‑ins, coordinating readiness activity, helping resolve issues, and making sure adoption continues after go‑live.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting day‑to‑day rollout activities in practices, both onsite and remotely.
- Running simple implementation check‑ins with practices to track progress and surface issues early.
- Coordinating readiness activities such as training sessions, walkthroughs, and readiness checklists.
- Acting as a key contact during rollout windows, helping triage issues and escalate where needed.
- Capturing feedback from practices and working with the delivery team to resolve issues.
- Helping reinforce new processes and ways of working after go‑live.
- Keeping delivery tracking up to date (actions, risks, issues) without over‑engineering things.
- Working closely with the Business Analyst to ensure plans and requirements translate into real‑world practice delivery.
Qualifications
Experience & Capabilities
- 3–5+ years’ experience in operational delivery, implementation, rollout, or practice support roles.
- Experience working directly with dental practices, healthcare sites, or multi‑site operations.
- Familiarity with Dental Practice Management Systems and common practice workflows.
- Comfortable being onsite, building rapport, and supporting teams through change.
- Comfortable working with a geographically dispersed team
- Practical, calm, and solutions‑focused, especially when things don’t go exactly to plan.
- Well organised, with strong action tracking and follow‑through.
- Clear communicator who can explain issues simply to both practices and leaders.

Travel & Work Environment
This role is embedded in operations and requires regular time in practices to support readiness, rollout, and adoption. Travel across Australia and New Zealand may be required.
Delivery activity may include operational process improvements, capability and training rollouts, and digital enablement initiatives, and is not always tied to a single formal project.
