Job Description
- Greet and welcome patients with a smile
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Handle phone inquiries and assist with patient needs
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred.
- Experience in dental software is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications.
- Experience with file keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for an immediate start and work across 1300SMILES Cairns Central and 1300SMILES Smithfield
