At 1300SMILES Townsville City, our reception team sets the tone for every patient visit, and we’re after someone who enjoys creating positive first impressions and being part of a supportive team.
Job Description
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments and patient records
- Supporting patients with information and reassurance
- Working closely with our dentists and clinical team
- Helping maintain a positive, upbeat practice environment
Qualifications
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
- Organised with strong communication skills
- A team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn
- Experience in a reception or customer service role is desirable
- Experience in the dental industry is an advantage, but not essential
