Job Description

  • Warmly greeting patients and making them feel at ease
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handling phone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Processing payments and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised, and inviting reception area
  • Using our booking and record-keeping systems efficiently, strong computer skills are essential
