Job Description
- Be the welcoming face of the clinic, creating a positive first impression
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain an efficient schedule
- Answer calls and assist patients with enquiries and requests
- Deliver outstanding patient care and support
- Assist patients with appointments, correspondence, finances, and reporting
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Provide admin support to clinicians and senior team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
