Company Description
Maven Dental Morley is looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join us in a dual Receptionist / Dental Assistant role. This position is Monday to Thursday, 7:45 am–5:15 pm.
The role is primarily reception-focused, but you will be expected to step into Dental Assisting when team members are on leave or unwell.
Job Description
- Manage front‑of‑house duties, including patient check‑ins, appointment scheduling, and phone enquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and support a smooth patient experience.
- Assist chairside when required, following clinical protocols and infection control standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and support daily practice operations.
- Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Experienced DA/Receptionist with Certificate III in Dental Assisting or above.
- Knowledge of Exact or dental software systems is desirable.
- Proficient in dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
