We're looking for a Full-time Receptionist to be the first face our patients and their families see, someone who can keep a busy front desk running smoothly while making every person who walks in feel genuinely looked after.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and their families with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the daily schedule
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients with enquiries
- Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Processing payments, managing patient records, and completing general administrative tasks
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties as required
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic reception role
- Experience using dental practice software such as Exact, Dental4Windows, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to patient confidentiality
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine team-first approach
