How you’ll make an impact
In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of Lumino Auckland Central, ensuring every patient feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll manage appointment bookings, handle enquiries with professionalism and warmth, and support our dental team to keep the practice running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include greeting patients, managing phone and email communications, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Your friendly and organised approach will help create a calm, efficient environment where patients feel at ease and cared for.
Hours of Work:
Monday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday: 6:45 am – 3:45 pm
Wednesday: 11:45 am – 8:15 pm
Thursday: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 7:45 am – 3:45 pm
Your experience and approach
Your greatest asset is your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment! Previous receptionist or customer service experience is ideal but not essential—we value enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a patient-first mindset.
The ability to speak additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Hindi is a plus, helping us connect with Auckland’s diverse community.
