We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join Lumino Botany on a part-time, permanent basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, patient-focused environment and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Managing appointment bookings and maintaining the practice diary
- Handling patient enquiries in person, over the phone, and online
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Processing payments, assisting with insurance claims, and discussing treatment costs
- Supporting the clinical team through effective communication and coordination
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
Hours for this role:
- Wednesday's 08:45am - 7:15pm
- Fridays 08:30am - 4:15pm
- Previous dental or healthcare administration experience is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Confident using computer systems (dental software experience is an advantage)
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
