Receptionist | Lumino Frankton Dental | Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Lumino Frankton.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome patients and manage check-in procedures in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organised diary
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries promptly and efficiently
• Process payments and assist with account and billing enquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records with a high level of attention to detail
• Support the day-to-day administration of the practice
• Work closely with clinicians and the wider team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Handle patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
