Job Description
- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Working closely with the dental team to ensure smooth, seamless patient care
- Managing patient enquiries both in person and over the phone
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or a receptionist with a dental background is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications.
- Experience with file keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
