Maven Dental Maroochydore is looking for an experienced dental receptionist for a casual role, three days a week. Located close to Sunshine Plaza, the practice is an easy commute from most directions.
This role will suit someone who values responsibility and takes genuine satisfaction in delivering excellent service. If you're confident managing a busy front desk and enjoy making sure every patient leaves with a positive impression, this role is perfect for you.
Job Description
As the face of the practice, you'll create a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and delivering excellent customer service
- Managing appointments and clinician schedules
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administration
- Helping ensure the smooth operation of the practice
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in dental reception, or reception in a similar healthcare or fast-turnaround setting (dental experience preferred)
- Confident with dental practice software, or quick to pick up new systems if you've used similar
- Friendly, professional and highly organised
- Focused on delivering a great patient experience
- Calm and accurate when managing a busy desk
- Reliable, with strong attention to detail
