Receptionist - Maven Dental Samuel Street

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients with a friendly and professional approach
• Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient appointment book
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Managing patient records and maintaining accurate information
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
• Keeping the reception area organised and welcoming

You'll be someone who:

• Has previous reception or customer service experience (dental or healthcare experience is highly regarded but not essential)
• Enjoys building positive relationships with patients and colleagues
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is confident using computer systems and learning new software
• Can multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Brings a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
