Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist looking to bring your talents to a vibrant, supportive, and dynamic team? Maven Dental Southport is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join us on a journey of dental excellence, innovation, and genuine care.

This role is available Tuesday to Friday.

As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.  Your varied responsibilities will include:

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Proven dental experience in a reception role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
